1. Returns & Exchanges-We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items-Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Personal care items (hygiene products, cosmetics, earrings)
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Digital products (downloads, subscriptions)
3. Return Process-To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at westrive.ecom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges-If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at westrive.ecom@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items-If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds-If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at westrive.ecom@gmail.com.
8. Shipping Costs-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
