6. Damaged or Defective Items-If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds-If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
